Attaches to either end of our floor to ceiling cable kits. Use one fixing per cable kit for wall to floor/ceiling, or two for wall to wall.
It converts (via its hinge) the otherwise vertically orientated cable fixings, enabling them to swivel to any angle between vertical and a little past 90 degrees.
