Unwanted items need to be: unused and returned in their original packaging and arrive back with us undamaged and saleable as new.
Please return unwanted goods within 14 days after you receive them, and please notify us before you dispatch them.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable. However, the shipping cost to the customer for alternative products will be discounted 50% subject to us receiving the original goods undamaged as stated above.
Please note: We must be notified within 24 hours after delivery of any damaged goods or shortages. Photos must be provided showing all damage, in particular showing any damage to the packaging, which is for potential insurance claims against our couriers. Post and Packaging costs are calculated automatically and are determined by adding together the total weight (sometimes volumetric weight exceeds actual weight) of all the items ordered and then calculating the cost in accordance with the chosen destinations delivery rate.
The overall boxes physical dimensions are multiplied together to determine the volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is then compared to the actual (real) weight of the package, and the larger of the two is used.
